Timing & preview rules
Crafting takes about 2 weeks after approval, then about 15 days in transit. Times are approximate. If you do not reply to your preview, we remind you after 3 days. After 3 more days without a reply, production begins with the last preview. Any reply stops the countdown.

What photos do I need?
3–6 photos: front, side and back, plus up to three close-ups. Clear phone photos are fine.
Can I cancel or request a remake?
Cancel for a full refund until you approve the preview. If you have not replied, cancellation stays available until the no-reply deadline. Once production begins, cancellation is unavailable. If your piece arrives damaged, incorrect or wrong, contact us within 14 days with photos for one free remake, shipping included.
What will my piece look like?
