Timing & preview rules
Crafting takes about 2 weeks after approval, then about 15 days in transit. Times are approximate. If you do not reply to your preview, we remind you after 3 days. After 3 more days without a reply, production begins with the last preview. Any reply stops the countdown.
Choosing photos
3–6 photos: front, side and back, plus up to three close-ups. Use soft daylight, eye level and a clear view. Original files work best.
Delivery & tracking
Preview: 3–5 days. After approval, crafting takes about 2 weeks and transit about 15 days. $19.99 shipping per order. We email tracking when your piece ships.
If tracking has not moved for 15 days, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Changes & remakes
Cancel for a full refund until you approve the preview. If you have not replied, cancellation stays available until the no-reply deadline. No cancellation once production starts.
Damage, incorrect details or the wrong piece: send photos within 14 days of delivery for one free remake, shipping included.
